天文台會在今晚11時10分改發八號烈風信號，並會至少維持至明早10時，11月14日(星期四上午8:30-10:00)家長教育課程 — 「快樂孩子約章」家長工作坊改期進行。

 

The observatory will upgrade to a Typhoon Signal No. 8 at 11:10 PM tonight and will maintain it until at least 10:00 AM tomorrow morning. The "Happy Children Charter" Parent Workshop scheduled for November 14th (Thursday morning from 8:30 to 10:00) will be rescheduled.
