培養學生正確的價值觀。
學校以「訓輔合一、全校參與」的理念推展訓輔工作，培育學生全面發展。透過不同主題的校本輔導計劃，協助學生建立正確的價值觀及培養積極的生活態度，讓他們將來成為良好公民，貢獻社會。
本年度，培育組會透過早會、午會、班級經營及校本輔導活動培養學生仁愛、尊重、勤勞、孝親四種主要價值觀。學生透過不同類型的活動學習如何表達個人情緒，亦透過「訂立目標」、「善用天賦」、「基道之最」及成長課內容，培養學生全方面成長。
此外，為讓學生有一個均衡的校園生活，營造愉快的學習環境，本年度亦設有「無功課日」、「生日之星」、「班相拍攝」及班級經營活動。
校本「我是基道人獎勵計劃」的設計基礎為正向心理學，強調「肯定-反思-成長」的循環。為激發學生持續進步，學校設計了「基道Super卡」獎勵制度。學生在學科表現、品德行為、服務參與等方面表現優異時，可獲頒Super卡，累積後能換取文具、體驗活動等獎勵。每學期更設「校長欣賞派對」，表彰優秀與進步顯著的學生；全年累積最多Super卡的學生可獲「終極大獎」，包括學生可以邀請最喜歡的老師一齊去主題公園。

Strictness with Affection
Strictness: Be strict with oneself to become a person who abides by disciplines and rules.
Affection: Understand that love requires dedication, action, and practice.
Foster Students' Ethical Values
Guided by the philosophy of "Integrated Discipline and Guidance, Whole-School Participation," the school promotes discipline and guidance work to foster students' all-round development. Through school-based guidance programs with different themes, the school helps students establish correct values and cultivate a positive attitude towards life, enabling them to grow into good citizens who contribute to society in the future.
This academic year, the Student’s Development Group will foster four core values in students—Benevolence, Respect, Diligence, and Filial Piety—through morning assemblies, afternoon gatherings, class management, and school-based guidance activities. Students will learn to express their personal emotions via various types of activities. Additionally, through “goal-setting”, “making the most of talents”, “Kei To’s Finest”(a school-specific program), and Personal Growth course, all-round development of students will be fostered. To ensure students enjoy a balanced campus life and a joyful learning environment, this year will also conduct activities such as Homework-Free Days, Star of the Birthday, Class Photo Sessions, and Class Management.
The school-based “Keito Kid Power-Up! Rewards Program” is designed based on positive psychology, emphasizing a cycle of “Affirmation – Reflection – Growth”. To motivate students to make continuous progress, the school has developed the “Kei To Super Card” reward system. Students who do well in academic performance, demonstrate good moral character, or actively participate in service activities will be awarded Super Cards. Accumulated cards students have accumulated can be exchanged for a range of rewards such as stationery or fun experiential activities. Each term will also host a “Principal’s Appreciation Party” to recognize outstanding students and those who have made significant progress. The student with the most accumulated Super Cards throughout the year will receive the “Ultimate Grand Prize”, which includes an opportunity to invite their favorite teacher for a day trip to a theme park.
